Can blurred content be recovered?
Not from this tool's output. The exported image contains only the blurred pixels; the sharp originals aren't embedded anywhere. Use strong pixelation for text — very light blur on large text can sometimes be guessed.

Pixelate for text and numbers (definitive destruction), blur for faces and backgrounds (looks more natural). Both are applied permanently on export.
